Terms & Conditions

OneConvo, a product of Falcon Solutions. Effective Date: August 13, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OneConvo, an AI-powered phone assistant and business communication platform operated by Falcon Solutions ("Falcon Solutions", "OneConvo", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the service, or otherwise using OneConvo, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use OneConvo.

1. The OneConvo Service

OneConvo provides AI-powered phone assistants for businesses and other users that need to answer calls, handle customer questions, take reservations, arrange appointments, check calendar availability, and perform related customer-service tasks.

Features may include AI voice conversations, configurable assistant names, voices, personalities, languages, introduction messages, knowledge bases, restrictions, call transfers, call recordings and transcripts, calendar integrations, transactional email communications, and other features that we may introduce or modify from time to time.

OneConvo is a software service. It does not guarantee that an AI assistant will understand every caller, make every booking correctly, provide accurate information, or successfully complete every requested action.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a OneConvo account. We do not currently perform age verification. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Individuals and businesses may create accounts. If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

A business may authorize multiple users or staff members to access its OneConvo account. The account holder is responsible for managing access and for all activity performed through the account.

You must provide accurate information and keep account information reasonably current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

OneConvo offers paid subscription plans. Current pricing, included features, usage allowances, and plan details are presented on the OneConvo pricing page and may change from time to time. Specific pricing is not incorporated into these Terms unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Subscriptions may be offered on monthly and annual billing cycles. Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew for another billing period.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. OneConvo does not store full payment card numbers.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the account or relevant paid features.

You may manage your subscription through the subscription management facilities made available through your OneConvo dashboard and payment provider.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts due under your selected plan.

We may change subscription pricing or plan structure. Where required by applicable law, we will provide at least one month's notice of material pricing changes. Unless otherwise required by law, new pricing applies on the next renewal period after the change takes effect.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Falcon Solutions expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

If you cancel a subscription, you generally retain access to the paid service until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current period.

If Falcon Solutions terminates your subscription without cause and not because of your breach, we may provide a refund for the unused portion of the prepaid billing period, subject to applicable law.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, failed to pay amounts due, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk, used OneConvo unlawfully, or otherwise used the service in a manner that could harm OneConvo, other users, callers, third parties, or our systems.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts without cause, subject to any notice or refund obligations required by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.

If an account is terminated, access to the service may cease immediately. Account data, call recordings, transcripts, and other associated information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

You are responsible for making any data exports you require before account deletion or termination. OneConvo does not currently provide a separate data-export service as part of account closure.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of OneConvo and for the configuration and operation of your AI assistant, including:

  • Providing accurate business information, policies, pricing, services, availability, and other content used by your AI assistant.
  • Reviewing and maintaining your AI assistant's knowledge base, instructions, restrictions, voice, language, introduction, and other configuration.
  • Reviewing the AI assistant's behavior and correcting inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Ensuring that your use of OneConvo complies with laws applicable to your business, customers, callers, industry, and location.
  • Ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to provide content, business information, customer information, calendar access, telephone numbers, and other data to OneConvo.
  • Ensuring that your use of phone numbers and telecommunications services complies with applicable requirements and any documentation or verification requirements imposed by telephone service providers.

6. Phone Numbers and Telecommunications

OneConvo may provide business phone numbers and telephone connectivity through third-party telecommunications providers. Availability of numbers and telephone services may depend on geographic, regulatory, documentation, identity, business-verification, or other requirements imposed by telecommunications providers or applicable law.

The business using OneConvo is responsible for providing accurate business and verification information and satisfying any documentation or regulatory requirements necessary to obtain or use a telephone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that your calls, call-handling practices, disclosures, recordings, transfers, and other telecommunications activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including call-recording, consent, telemarketing, do-not-call, consumer-protection, AI-disclosure, and telecommunications requirements.

OneConvo does not guarantee that a particular phone number will be available, remain available, or work in every country or network.

7. AI, Accuracy and Business Decisions

OneConvo uses automated AI systems to interpret conversations and generate responses. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate outputs.

You acknowledge that OneConvo is an assistance and automation tool and is not a substitute for human judgment where professional judgment, verification, or direct human involvement is required.

You are responsible for reviewing the information supplied to your AI assistant and for decisions made by your business based on information generated or communicated by the AI assistant.

OneConvo does not guarantee that an AI assistant will always answer calls, understand callers, transfer calls, schedule appointments, make reservations, provide correct information, or perform another requested task successfully.

OneConvo is not responsible for losses, disputes, missed appointments, incorrect bookings, incorrect information, customer complaints, or other consequences arising from an AI assistant's output, configuration, failure, or misunderstanding, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not use OneConvo to:

  • Engage in unlawful activity, fraud, scams, deception, or abusive conduct.
  • Impersonate another person, organization, business, or public authority without authorization.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or harm another person.
  • Conduct spam, unsolicited bulk calling, unlawful telemarketing, or other prohibited communications.
  • Collect or solicit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, security credentials, or other highly sensitive credentials through the service.
  • Provide or automate medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, legal advice, financial advice, emergency response, or other high-risk professional decision-making.
  • Use OneConvo as a substitute for emergency services.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or content designed to compromise systems or accounts.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, security measures, or account restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, copy, reproduce, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying technology of OneConvo except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or provide unauthorized access to OneConvo.
  • Use the service to build, train, or operate a competing service using unauthorized access to OneConvo or its proprietary systems.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of OneConvo or its underlying infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

9. Business Content and Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business information, text, instructions, FAQs, knowledge-base content, logos, trademarks, and other content that you submit to OneConvo ("Customer Content").

You grant Falcon Solutions a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve OneConvo and its services.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for Falcon Solutions to process Customer Content as contemplated by these Terms.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of Customer Content and for the consequences of information supplied to your AI assistant.

We may use aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise appropriately protected information to analyze performance and improve OneConvo, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. Customer References and Branding

Unless you notify us otherwise, you grant Falcon Solutions a limited, non-exclusive right to identify your business as a OneConvo customer and display your business name and logo in customer lists, marketing materials, presentations, or on the OneConvo website.

You may withdraw this permission by contacting us at [email protected]. We will use reasonable efforts to stop new uses after receiving your request, subject to materials already published or distributed and applicable legal or contractual requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

OneConvo and all related software, technology, systems, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, branding, logos, and other materials provided by Falcon Solutions are owned by or licensed to Falcon Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use OneConvo during an active subscription in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit OneConvo or its proprietary technology except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

OneConvo relies on third-party services for certain infrastructure and functionality, including telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, speech processing, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and calendar integrations.

Third-party services may experience outages, limitations, changes, delays, or discontinuation. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

If you connect OneConvo to a third-party service such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, you authorize OneConvo to access and modify information only as necessary to perform the integration features you have enabled. OneConvo does not independently create or modify calendar information except as necessary to carry out actions requested or configured through the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect and use any third-party account or calendar and for complying with the third party's applicable terms and policies.

13. Service Availability and Changes

OneConvo is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides otherwise.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security work, infrastructure changes, or other activities that temporarily affect availability.

We may add, modify, replace, or remove features, AI models, providers, integrations, or other parts of OneConvo. We may make such changes without prior notice where they are necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or technical operation. Where a material change substantially reduces the core functionality of a paid service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law or the applicable subscription arrangement.

14. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party that is reasonably understood to be confidential ("Confidential Information"). Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect Confidential Information and to use it only for purposes related to the relationship between the parties.

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed without use of the other party's Confidential Information, or lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.

These confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosure required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, provided the disclosing party gives notice where legally permitted.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the OneConvo Privacy Policy, which forms part of the framework governing your use of the service.

When a business uses OneConvo to process information about its customers or callers, the business is responsible for determining the lawful basis and purposes for that processing and for providing required notices and obtaining required permissions.

A separate Data Processing Agreement may apply to business customers where required.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneConvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the service will meet every business requirement, operate without interruption or errors, or produce accurate or complete AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to OneConvo or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Solutions' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to OneConvo or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid to Falcon Solutions for OneConvo during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Falcon Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of OneConvo;
  • Customer Content or business information you provide;
  • Your violation of privacy, telecommunications, recording, marketing, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws;
  • Your AI assistant's configuration, instructions, representations, or use;
  • Claims arising from calls, appointments, reservations, or communications handled by your business through OneConvo.

We may assume exclusive control of the defense of a claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with us in that defense.

19. Force Majeure

Falcon Solutions will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications failures, cloud or infrastructure outages, failures of third-party providers, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, widespread cyber incidents, labor disputes, power failures, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law, such as by posting updated Terms on the website or through the service.

Your continued use of OneConvo after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat, India, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a court with appropriate jurisdiction.

22. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreements or order forms, constitute the agreement between you and Falcon Solutions concerning OneConvo.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the OneConvo business.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or other relationship between you and Falcon Solutions except as expressly stated.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
